How do I know if orders are open?
When orders are open then you'll be able to check out with one of my custom portrait options HERE. If orders are closed then I keep the available quantities set to 0 so you will not be able to add them to your cart (I still keep them posted so people can see prices).
How can I place my order during the booking period?
You must order on my website HERE. Simply discussing a portrait with me does not hold your spot in line.
How long is the waiting period?
This entirely depends on when you get your order in during one of my booking periods. I simply go down my list of portraits in the order they were received. If you are one of the first then you could have your portrait within 2-3 weeks. But it can be up to 3 months if you are far down on the waiting list.
Do you work from photos?
Yes! If you have a particular photo in mind you can send that one OR send a variety and I can help you figure out what would make a good drawing. I need clear photos in good light. The best light is natural light on an overcast day. To help me capture the personality of your pet, the more photos the better! It helps me to see the pup’s personality so send photos that really showcase WHO they are! Even videos are welcome.
Are other sizes available?
The portraits give you the option of an 8x10", 11x14" or 16x20". If you wish to have something larger than a 16x20" then please shoot me a message for a personal quote!
Can I get a portrait in color?
At this time I do not offer any color options.
Can I get progress updates?
I will always send you my initial sketch to make sure you like how I’ve depicted the dog. Then oftentimes I share progress to my stories on my Facebook and Instagram page. If you don’t want progress shared on social media (if the drawing is a gift for someone) then let me know this when you order.
Will you post it to social media?
I usually post finished products to my social media accounts for advertising. If your order is a surprise gift for someone then PLEASE LET ME KNOW beforehand so that I can be sure to keep any updates hidden from public view. I would hate to ruin a surprise! And after you have gifted the portrait please let me know so I can share my work with the world!
Can I get the high resolution file of my portrait?
Digital portraits include the high res file. This gives you LIFETIME printing rights for NON-COMMERCIAL use only. You cannot redistribute, sell, or profit off it in any way. But you have complete freedom for personal use! You can use websites like Zazzle to have your portrait printed on a variety of products. Traditional pencil portraits do NOT include the digital file.
Do you accept International orders?
Yes! BunnyPigs ships worldwide. I have sent custom art to many countries already. When you order, you will be able to get calculated shipping based on your country. You also have the option to select ordering only the digital file which saves the hassle of shipping. Then you have the freedom to decide if you'd like to order the drawing on a print from a business local to you.
How do you ship?
All prints ship out from a separate facility and the carrier is chosen based on the print size/weight and your particular location. It is generally USPS, UPS or FedEx. International orders may use DHL
